Smalland (FPP) for PC is a pretty original survival game, created by an independent Turkish studio Embu Games. In the sandbox game, you play a character who has been significantly reduced in size under unknown circumstances. The release date has not been announced but there is the possibility of early access from April 2019.

Story review

Smalland puts you in a forest. There would be nothing special about it, except that our character has become significantly smaller. Now even squirrels and ants can pose a threat. Nobody knows how this happened. The goal of the player character is to survive in these inhospitable conditions and find the answer to the question of what is the reason for this unusual phenomenon. Game mechanics

Smalland offers you a first-person perspective, so we can put ourselves in the situation of our small and inconspicuous character.

The surrounding environment is nothing new. It is a natural and somewhat safe place for a normal human. But a problem arises when you are several times smaller. This means that you will not only have to fight for your own survival (against rabbits, squirrels, and such), but also need to take care of your stocks (which can be stolen, e.g. by ants).

Of course, as in any good survival game, there is a character upgrade option. This aspect primarily covers weapons that we use to fight enemies with.

In Smalland, animals are not the only danger. Even a solid hideout, which protects us from forest critters, can be useless in case of heavy rain. Our character is so small, even a single drop of water can cause significant damage. That is why it is so important to properly take care of our character’s safety. Game modes
