The gameplay core is not just to finish the race as fast as possible. The players are given different variants of racing competitions that are based on different rules. In Overdrive, players score points by filling in their onrush meter in different ways. The team who gets the highest score wins the game. The Countdown mode is based on completing checkpoints placed on the route, so that team members gain more time to complete the rally. Lockdown is about taking control of the sphere of influence, which circulates around the entire map. The survival mode, on the other hand, is available in Switch.
