In the games, it was revealed that the Orcs came from the planet Draenor which is now in ruins and is called the Outland.
The battle in the first few games of the franchise of Warcraft focuses on the battles between the Orcs and the “Alliance” of human and demi-human races. As the game was carried on by subsequent installments, the other parts of Azeroth were revealed. These continents included Kalimdor, Pandaria, Kul Tiras, Zandalar, Northrend and Broken Isles. As the continents were revealed, the game also added more races and factions.
In different versions of the game, primarily the protagonists either belong to the Alliance or the Horde. Other races and factions could either be hostile or be friends with the central races. The main races in the Alliance are the Humans, the Night Elves, and the Dwarves. The previous installments have widened the plot and even carried on the story. More races, continents, storylines, protagonists, and what not had been added to the previous games. On the contrary, Reforged is not meant to expand much. The primary objective is to enhance the visuals. Characters will be more refined and maps and loading screens will be better.
The game is a remastered version of The Frozen Throne and the Reign of Chaos. The developers have termed it the same as the original, with new improvements. Hence, gamers and enthusiasts can expect a few retcon changes in the plot with better audio and visuals.
The game aims to provide a better overall experience and set the stage for upcoming versions. With improved designs, cut scenes, better characters, etc the game will cater to the old fans and also provide the new generation with the required updates and quality.
Can you play Warcraft on a gaming console?
The older series of Warcraft could be streamed on the consoles. Unfortunately, there is no way to play the MMO Warcraft on a gaming console. Users can login to their console’s ID through PC and stream the older game but the game has not been launched for any of the consoles.
