The game’s story review
It’s Christmas. Sixteen years ago, more or less at the same time, our hero Frank West had to survive the invasion of the living dead in the local mall. Today, when everyone can feel the presence of Christmas atmosphere, it turns out that the problem has returned. And at the same location as sixteen years ago.
The hero we personate – Frank West – has once survived the invasion. However, he didn’t manage to determine what caused still repeating plague. Now he will have the opportunity to check it out. Game mechanics

We have to find out other details, which correctly combined will give us something what is similar to the weapon. To make it easier, authors decided to implement some novelties. Here are some of them:
- The Exoskeleton. It gives our protagonist almost superhuman strength. Thanks to that, we will be able to pull the surrounding elements and kill zombies with them. Of course, not forever…
- New strains of the virus. The novelty in Dead Rising 4 (TPS) are new different types of viruses. As a result of mutations, there are several special groups that separated from the zombie horde. They are characterized by significantly larger power. On the other hand, the victims of another strain of the virus can transform into zombie immediately and attack us with much greater speed.
It doesn’t mean, however, that the fight with zombies is incredibly difficult. Still, we have a huge advantage in the fight 1 on 1. We just have to remember that sometimes we will face even hundreds of undead.
